Is there any small firms that are dedicated to putting out DVD for niche markets?

Are there any companies out there that I can buy low, but have like a niche in the market so that it might become very important and thus have their stocks skyrocket?? I don’t want a huge bluechip stock where I can’t buy low and sell high thanks!
I understand that it’s more complicated than I might seem, but I am wondering what recommendations you all might have. Not just a magical thingy.

We’re launching an Internet video content production company targeting selected niche markets. We have a strong background in broadcast television as well as eCommerce start ups. We’re now beginning to look for VCs and angel investors that have an interest in new media opportunities on the Internet

I’ll start a company in fiber glass pools. I’ll sell them as prefab around the US (Main niche market south west). Now, this is a REAL example: A 20 X 10 feet plus 4 feet deep will be sold at about $3,000 plus shipping. It’ll carry all instructions on how to build it and what machinery is needed as well.
What do you think? Is it an interesting product?
Thanks

My brother and I came up with an idea for a new internet company. My brother is a PhD and I am a Senior Software Engineer. Our idea is to build internet education software for niche markets overseas. We are from the Middle East and wanted to focus on that area.

I had met a guy a year ago who boasted about wanting to start an internet company with me and talked very highly about marketing and sales. My brother and I met up with him and started talking to him about our idea and he was very excited and we actually came up with a name for our website/company.

Because of obligations we weren’t able to meet again for a few months but as I looked closer at the experience of our friend with the sales and marketing background, he had failed miserably and was really no good at what he claimed he could do. He just talked really big.

In no way, shape or form do we want him part of this project any longer. We never signed any type of legal documents, all we have done is sit down at a Starbucks and discuss the possibilities for 2 hours.

Is there anything legally he can do? Was our verbal meeting over coffee binding at all?

I need to create a serious business plan and get some professional demographics data for a fast growing niche market.

I am NOT looking for cheap companies, I am looking for the very best that can provide these two things. This is for a medium sized business, not a major corporation.

Thank you for your replies.

I am into affiliate marketing and I used to sell on eBay (so I know how to find hot niche products) so I am wondering if the build a niche store software is any good? Sounds good and I just came across an article that can show me how to use it. So if anyone is using it, please let me know.

I know that EA has said that they won’t be making anymore SSX games because it’s too much of a niche market (or to that effect). And I admit Blur was pretty lame. The ubers didn’t work. But what if they brought it back to the PS or Xbox?

I’m just curious if the franchise still has supporters.

I’d like to sew doll (Barbie) clothes and sell them online. How do I find out if I can find a niche in the market?

Do I need to develop different ideas and then test them out somehow?

Thanks.

Hi I am trying to choose between creating a blog OR creating an online newsletter so I can build a relationship with prospective customers BEFORE I introduce my product.

This is a niche market with zero newsletters available for this specific market! Blogs are also very thin in this area
